1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to:
• Republic of Kosovo
• Albania
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

2. SHIPPING COSTS
• Kosovo: Free shipping on all orders.
• Albania: €3 flat rate.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
We work with trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery:
• Kosovo: Postman
• Albania: Regional logistics partners

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
• Kosovo: 24–48 hours after processing (often next-day delivery)
• Albania: 3–4 business days

5. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed immediately after being placed. In Kosovo, most orders are shipped for delivery the next day by postman. In Albania and North Macedonia, processing is just as fast, but delivery times may vary depending on the region.

6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you may request a tracking number to monitor your package until it arrives.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact our team at info@solemateprn.com. We will review the case and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement or a refund.
