However, if something’s off — we’ve got you. Here’s how our return and refund process works:
1. Conditions for Returns
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
Return request timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Product condition
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied.
Verification process
Once the returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure all conditions are met before issuing a refund.
2. Return Options

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued if items show signs of wear or have missing packaging/tags.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (damaged or incorrect item).
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we’ll make it right:
You can choose:
Full refund, including shipping costs
Replacement at no additional charge
You must report this within 24 hours of delivery to info@solemateprn.com and include clear photos.
5. Products Not Eligible for Return
Products that are worn, used, or returned without original tags and packaging are not eligible for refund.
Additionally, final sale items or exclusive drops may be marked as non-returnable — this will be clearly stated at checkout.
